Let's say you woke up one morning with a fantastic idea:
You imagined a digital product that helps your users, say, buy your physical products, like an online store of sorts. Or maybe that product assists it's users in their day-to-day life by reminding them to drink water or go to the bathroom or something. To reach the maximum amount of users, you realise that the product should be used in a browser - accessible to both MacOS and Windows users via Safari, Chrome or Firefox; either on their PC, laptop or phone.
We have you covered.
We have you covered. Wherever you are in your development process, we can jump in with our knowledge. Whether you need a working prototype to aid you in visualising the full potential of your idea, a functional MVP to show to your future investors, a couple more experienced people on your team to make the features you envisioned even better, or maybe a team for it all - we'll be there.
Do you know the difference between UI and UX design?
It's become such an overused fancy pair of abbreviations, but people outside that field rarely know what makes them distinct from one another. UI, or User Interface, refers to what you can see. If done right, you will have a defined, nice-looking design system as a base. From that design system, the designer is able to pull font families, colors, buttons, shapes, you name it. Those elements on the right spots on the artistic canvas you might call a web page will make the app's functions beautiful.
And it's beauty functional.
UX, or User Experience, refers to what you can feel. Yes, we do mean feel. How does your customer feel while using your application: are they relaxed or frustrated; are they quick or painfully slow; are they giving you a 5 or a 1-star review? Thoughtful research, well-written documentation, precise user flows, and customer journeys, flawlessly working prototypes... A whole bunch of processes that make or break a product, but...You don't need to worry much about them if they're in the right hands.
And yeah, we do mean our right hands.
And left.
Okay, Alena's right and left hands.
To have a functional app which transmits data from the user's finger to a server and vice versa, it needs a code or, better yet, a logic behind it. The engineer's knowledge of how browsers work will impact on how smoothly that logic runs.
We make the logic polished by using some of the most famous and well used buzz words in the web development industry: Angular and React.
Okay, they're not just buzz words, they're our bread and butter — the framework by Google and the library by Facebo... Meta, we mean Meta.
What will convince you to choose between the two: is it one of the megacorps that developed them, or the architecture of your product, we don't know. We can recommend the latter, though.
Now, these two will only take care of the functions your user sees: the famous front-end side, but what about the data on the server, the back-end?
Is nodeJS good enough? How about MySQL? They will take care of both your and your user's data, all while not breaching any of the GDPR or the CCPA regulations.
In this industry of ours, there are two more hot buzz words worth mentioning: Scrum and Kanban. No matter which agile methodology you're into, we've tried, used and mastered.
So, one might say: We would be a great addition to your team.
